There will be times in life when you feel exhausted, empty, and lonely. There will be moments when you feel grounded into hopelessness by the decisions you have made or the circumstances you find yourselves in. Some days you may feel as though you are worthless and unloved.
Whatever life presents, it does not matter what it looks like, you must never give up to hopelessness because really, you never lose your value. The quality of your life may change from time to time, but you never lose your value, truly you are priceless!
You are special, fearfully, and wonderfully created and you must tell yourself this truth every single day! You must not compromise who you are for anyone or any undesired circumstances.
It is okay to feel afraid because you do not have all the answers. This is the moment to stop and breathe and relax. You do not always have to be in control.
Whenever you find yourself doubting your resiliency and ability to succeed, just remember that you have yet to realise the full potential of your strength and resilience.
Every single day look in the mirror and tell yourself: –
I am one with the power that created me.
I am strong!
I am powerful!
I have a sound mind!
It is well with me!
It is well with my soul!
Never underestimate the power of day-to-day motivation and inspiration that spring from your own heart.
You are stronger than you think and more capable than you realise.
Have a wonderful day!

Great post Ama. It’s true that we must motivate ourselves daily but i also think even when life gets us down sometimes it’s okay to stop and breathe and relax. We don’t always have to be strong. Being down is not weak through hard times strength can come from it through endurance.

Thank you Darren for your comments.
I completely agree It’s okay to feel afraid, it is necessary we stop to breathe and relax,
that’s when we find balance – the strength to carry on it’s always within – .

No problem Ama happy to support a fellow Ghanaian 👋 😂☺️. That’s it sometimes in those vulnerable times we become stronger, wiser and better. Our faith grows in those aspects as well
