I am always looking for ways to renew my energy, spirit, and mind as I believe it is the only way I can be of service to myself as well as to others.
Always I look for ways of maintaining some exuberance in my life. So, I make time to rest and play. I take time to appreciate my surroundings – and take it all in with appreciation.
With all the uncertainty around the global I feel it is vital I stay refreshed and optimistic. At this point in my life, I feel I am the best possible version of myself and I believe the absolute best is yet to come, it gives me something to look forward as I work on ageing healthy and well.
I am learning to understand myself more. I feel it is important to connect with one’s individuality because only I can know what really makes me genuinely happy. I find time for the things that makes me happy. I spend time with people who make care about me, and I them.
I am grateful I can find satisfaction in so much of what I do and what I have, it serves me well. I have found it does not take a great deal to make me happy. In the cause of the day, I always take a moment to appreciate all that I have and all that I am, it is my way of counting my blessings. A practice so refreshing and somewhat powerful.
Every day I am thankful for the opportunities I have been given in life, for the love I receive, and the love I share, the people I have met and for the places I’ve visited so far.
I live in faith trusting in the goodness of God, even in the mist of all the bad news going on in the world. I choose to keep my heart full. I keep it filled to the brim with thankfulness, gratitude, love, and happiness it is a choice I make every morning before I embrace the daily journey of getting out of bed.
The Covid-19 experience has helped put life in the right perspective, 2020 has been my year to be especially grateful for what I have, my family and friends, and the little blessings I see every day.
I hope you are making the most of your every day, to ensure there is always something to look forward to everyday.
Thank you for reading.
