Lessons.

Some things that I have learned in the journey of life: –

You must never stop making the best of everything, whatever life serves you, even when you lose something, do not think of it as a total loss, but as a blessing in disguise that has come to lighten your load or to give you another opportunity.

“We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair”. (2 Cor 4:8).

You must be your own best friend, no one else can know you more than you and no one can tell you about yourself – therefore, do not allow other people’s views or opinions of you, undermine your dreams, predicts your future, or criticizes you in any way, they are entitled to their opinions, but whatever negativity that is being said, remember, they are telling you their story, not yours.

Do not depend on others for your joy, discover for yourself what makes you happy. Treat yourself to something special every now and then to boost your mood. Take care of yourself to preserve and improve your health.

Get to know yourself, pay more attention to the things and the people you love, pay little to no attention to the things that makes you unhappy. Smile and laugh more.

Happiness will fill your mind when you enjoy the small things in life, all while chasing after the big dreams.

You must have at least one close friend you trust and confide in, a good friend who guides you to the right path, understands you without judgement and is always there to advice, support and encourage.

Do not avoid new territories. It is good to get out of your comfort zone. Allow yourself the freedom to change, take on new task and challenges. Do not be stagnant or imprisoned by the old devil called fear!

Give yourself permission to live and explore life. The secret of life is you can do anything you put your mind on.

Truly nothing is impossible if you believe.

Thank you for reading.
