……and evaluate how you spend your time; are you spending your time doing what gives you satisfaction?

As we get older it is so easy to fall into the habit of doing the same things day-in-day-out, because it is a lot easier to stick with what feels comfortable. We are creatures of habit. We take comfort from familiar surroundings, and situations even when we know they are not serving us. 

What I have learned in the last couple of years is that courage is honed when you challenge yourself and step out of your comfort zone and when you can see the benefits rather than the discomfort in venturing out.

When I turned my focus inward a couple of years ago, I realised there was a lot going on in my life that I didn’t wish to continue with, I needed to make room for the many other things I wanted to do.

My greatest change thus far is relocating to another country; I have started a fashion label call ‘Ama Serwaa’.

And I dyed my hair platinum blond.

I have never been afraid of change. I always embrace the idea of re-invention.

I absolutely trust in the faithfulness of God and so I have always look forward to a good day and a brighter future.
