Anything is possible. It is never too late, and you are never too old, all that matters is that you know who you are. You have everything you need within yourself. Never give up, there is a time for everything.
You are God’s workmanship, created in Christ to do good works. You are important and your life matter. You have something unique to offer this world.
What you like, what you think and what you desire is not the same for everyone. So, learn to prioritise yourself. You cannot show up for everyone else at the expense of yourself, understand that you cannot pour from an empty cup.
Stay true to yourself. it is important to know when you need to step back and take a breather. Limit your exposure to negativity.
Always focus on whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things.
Do it for yourself. Daily, work on your own wellness; get some fresh air to clear mental clutter, call a family member or a friend for a good old chat and laughter, and just relax.
Be kind to others but above all be kind to yourself.
