The start of a new month begins right now. No going back to rewrite last month, so there is no point in pondering over what you did and did not do. What you could have and should not have done.

“As a man thinketh, so he is” says the Bible. It is a new month to think special things about life, yourself, to feel loved, happy and worthwhile, the choice is yours!

Be mindful of the fact that the choices you make this month will affect next month, and possibly the rest of the year! Therefore, be attentive to your thoughts and intentions before you act, before you do and before you don’t do.

Starting today go forward with new joy, hope, faith, love and peace in your heart, and remember that the steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, His mercies never comes to an end, they are new every morning, Great is His faithfulness.

May this new month bring you peace, good health, and new opportunities. May you experience more joy and laughter.

May every day of this new month give reasons for you to want to live well, be kinder to yourself and more so to others.
