You get one day at a time. It is down to you to make the most out of it. It may feel easier to let yourself think small because you fear failing, but to accomplish anything great or small, you must be opened to take risks. Therefore, set your mind on the impossible and dare to believe that all things are possible.
Live for today and make sure you enjoy every moment whenever you can. You must not be overly hard on yourself about your mistakes and failings. Count your blessings by accepting where you are now. Appreciate how far you have come, while it may not be to your liking, acceptance and appreciation will eliminate fear and anxiety, leaving you with a clearer mindset to plan for where you rather be.
There will be life challenges you are not prepared for, but they usually have lessons they bring to make you a better person. The truth of the matter is whatever you are going through, there are others who have been through it. So, reach out, be open to accept support when you need it. You do not have to suffer alone.
