I start my day on a positive note with a morning ritual of gratitude prayers.
I’ve found this to be a great way to set the tone for whatever the day may bring – it prepares me.
If we aspire to have more peace and positivity for a good day – then we should make gratitude prayer a practice.
A grateful heart is an essential element of a healthy and spiritual lifestyle. The more grateful we are for the good things in our lives, the more good things we will get to be grateful for – it’s a spiritual principle. Gratitude comes easy once we accept that life happens despite our aspirations; it is the nature of things. When we accept this fact, we can easily do away with frustrations as we discover the heart of true happiness.
We should take some moment each day to appreciate, and reinforce our attention on the multitude of things we are capable of – and to accept every aspect of who we are and accept each moment for what it is – and just be truly grateful for all that we are, where we are and all that we have. Regardless of our situation, we can find a silver lining – we must focus on what we are truly thankful for in our lives.
It takes a grateful heart to accept the challenges in life as part of the journey and it takes a grateful heart to accept failures as opportunities.
There is so much in life to be grateful for – every moment presents an opportunity for growth physically, emotionally and intellectually.
Be thankful each day and just trust God. All that is meant to be will unfold as they are supposed to in its time.
